
Group Run Schedule
- Tuesday Trail runs leave at 6:15 pm from Anglers Park / 6:15 from The Brick for a 5K/ 10K run option, depends on the weather. All paces are welcome, so come join us!
- Thursday runs leave at 6:15 pm from The Brick. This day we mix in hill repeats, speed work and casual runs. It varies from week to week and is always great training.

Master's Swim Training
- Master's Swim training is every Tuesday night from 8:00-9:00 pm at the New Danville YMCA. This training for triathletes or someone wanting to cross train with the run. A mixture of speed and endurance swimming combining drills that help develop stroke, breathing and mental stamina are taught each week. We offer beginner and experienced distances varying from 1700-2400 yard swims. The cost of the class is $5.00 to non YMCA members and free to members.
